For the last three years, Kinark Autism Services has operated an active, ongoing Google Ads campaign that
generates a consistent flow of qualified leads for the fee-for-service Autism Program. Kinark is seeking to
engage a qualified digital marketing agency ("Agency") to assume management of this existing Ad campaign
on an ongoing basis.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
The objective of engaging an external vendor is to sustain, and where possible improve, the current
performance of the campaign, measured primarily by lead volume and lead quality, without any increase to
the current level of investment. Respondents should propose an approach to optimization, bid management,
and account maintenance that protects and, where feasible, improves current results within the existing
budget envelope.
