Kinark will engage a consultant to work with its 14-person senior leadership team to identify opportunities to improve efficiency in key business processes, reduce unnecessary costs, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration. The engagement will focus on enhancing collaboration, information sharing, decision-making, and accountability by developing and applying structured, repeatable frameworks. Priority will be given to improving processes related to recurring organizational reporting requirements and streamlining recruitment to support timely hiring and an improved candidate and manager experience, with additional processes considered as needed. The work will assess and optimize information flows across corporate and client service functions, clarify decision authority, reduce duplication and administrative burden, and identify opportunities for innovation. It will also provide insights to strengthen cohesion and effectiveness within the People and Culture function. The consultant will develop standardized frameworks for process design, documentation, monitoring, and continuous improvement, incorporating best practices and benchmarks, with success measured primarily by quality outcomes (e.g., cost avoidance) and stakeholder experience.
